Rabson-Mendenhall syndrome

Rabson-Mendenhall syndrome is characterized by growth retardation, dysmorphisms, lack of subcutaneous fat, acanthosis nigricans, enlarged genitalia, hirsutism, premature and dysplastic dentition, coarse facial features, paradoxical fasting hypoglycemia and post-prandial hyperglycemia, extreme hyperinsulinemia and pineal hyperplasia.
